Because our products are hand-drawn and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear error in personalization on our part.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 96973 36126) within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
